Our 3 step process to success

It's time to go beyond the ordinary and step into the extraordinary with KPI.

Discovery

We begin with a detailed discovery process where we will take you through our Athlete Profiling System (APS) and have several calls to discuss your situation and subsequent requirements for working with us. With an endless list of test types and athletic quality diagnostics, and an in-house medical expert, you’ll receive a 360 degree evaluation. Think of this as your KPI Medical before we get started.

Every KPI athlete undergoes a thorough APS session. Collecting insightful information on all aspects of an athlete's physical status is an essential part of our work enabling us to understand aspects such as starting performance capacity and injury risk. By building a set of strengths and weaknesses and a close focus to the sporting demands for the athlete, we then are able to make informed decisions on the prescription of superior training recommendations for the athlete moving forwards.

Management

After the discovery phase, we will have painted a clear picture on what we believe you require to take your game to the next level. We will agree to your ongoing management fees which can include but are not limited to S&C programme scheduling, remote support, coach delegation, gym session monitoring, GPS data monitoring, readiness monitoring, nutrition support and more. This is a bespoke fee tailored to you and can cost as little as £10 pcm. On average, our professional athletes' management fee is around £200 pcm.

Coaching

Finally, we will book in your coaching sessions with our elite team of coaches. These sessions are typically booked as a block of 10, however bespoke services are available upon request.
