King Performance Ideology (KPI) is proud to be working with The Fowler Education and Football Academy (FEFA), beginning in the 2025–2026 academic and football calendar. This marks the beginning of a comprehensive and performance-led support system designed to improve the physical preparation, education, and wellbeing of all student-athletes enrolled at FEFA.
Discovery & Integration Phase: May to July 2025
The partnership will launch with a detailed Discovery phase spanning May, June and July 2025. This will include a full evaluation of FEFA’s existing infrastructure and a comprehensive athlete profiling process for the student-athletes. Testing will cover body composition, range of motion, movement control, power, strength, speed, and agility.
Alongside the testing process, KPI will deliver a series of interactive seminars for students, coaches and parents, designed to introduce the performance methodology that will underpin FEFA’s physical development for the year ahead.
Ongoing Support through the Academic Year
From August 2025, KPI will provide FEFA with year-round performance support delivered via the KPI app and in collaboration with on-site staff. This includes:
- Gym and pitch-based training programmes tailored to each cohort
- Structured periodisation aligned to the academic and competition calendar
- Monitoring tools to track load, wellness and progress
- Monthly educational workshops linked to both FEFA’s curriculum and performance development
- A resource library built around KPI’s 5 Pillars of Performance
Winter Review & Recalibration
Across the winter period, KPI will revisit the profiling process to review programme effectiveness, refresh training based on new data, and ensure that every student-athlete continues to progress toward their goals.
This renewed collaboration builds on a shared belief that long-term development requires more than just coaching, it requires infrastructure, individualisation, and education.
