Foundations programme

Work within a structured KPI environment to complete the key off-season work.

The Foundations programme gives you access to coaching, facilities, and structure so you can cover the essential physical work required before returning to pre-season.

You focus on execution. KPI provides the environment and support to ensure the work is done properly.

Ideal for athletes who want to return to pre-season having covered the essentials with structure and consistency.

Train 1-to-1 or work within a high-performance group environment.

1-to-1 coaching

Work directly with KPI coaches through a fully individualised or facilitated programme tailored to your position, physical profile, and performance goals. Sessions are built around your development, combining gym work, pitch-based training, and ongoing support.

Group training

Train alongside other elite and aspiring athletes in a structured high-performance environment. Sessions combine gym work, pitch-based training, and recovery while each athlete follows an individualised programme within the group structure.
