Analyse your physical capacity on the KPI app! The Athlete Profiling System (APS) is the first step with all of our clients and is what sets us apart. Once signing up and choosing your subscription pathway, your first step after logging into the app is to complete our online-APS embedded directly into your programme area. Send your videos through and we’ll do the analysis!

The APS allows us to:

Simply having the name of an exercise might not mean much to you, especially with plenty of  abbreviations such as SL, RFE, RDL! That is why we prioritised building a platform where we can share video demonstrations of each exercise with you. Much like putting a name to a face is helpful, the same can be said for a video to an exercise!
