Marlon Joseph Fossey (born 9 November 1998 in Los Angeles, USA) is an American right-back currently starring for Standard Liège in the Belgian Pro League. Raised largely in Jersey after moving from California, Fossey developed through Fulham’s academy before turning pro. He gained experience on loan at Shrewsbury Town and Bolton Wanderers before securing a permanent transfer to Standard Liège in September 2022. Since then he has made over 90 league appearances and scored five goals, recording 31 starts in the 2024–25 season and helping the side to multiple clean sheets and defensive consistency. He also earned his first senior United States cap in 2024. Known for his pace, direct attacking thrust from full-back, and composure under pressure, Fossey blends athleticism with tactical maturity. His experience in top-tier European football and international credentials align cleanly with KPI’s high-performance athlete criteria.
