Athlete Profiling

Athlete Profiling

Unlock your full potential

What is athlete profiling

No athlete is made equal. Therefore, each is to be treated individually.

Upon arrival to their first session, every athlete undergoes a thorough profiling session. Collecting insightful information on all aspects of an athletes physical status is an essential part of our work enabling us to understand aspects such as starting performance capacity and injury risk. By building a set of strengths and weaknesses and a close focus to the sporting demands for the athlete, we then are able to make informed decisions on the prescription of superior training recommendations for the athlete moving forwards.
