Traditionally, it's believed that enhancing physical performance has a diminishing return in highly trained and "elite" level athletes, vs. lesser trained and non-elite counterparts. At KPI, we say "challenge accepted".

Between beginning with us in July 2021 and retesting at the beginning of September 2021, Caoimhin improved his power-based performance tests by 39%.

See below for some highlights:

  • Vertical jump - 46 to 52 cm
  • Single leg vertical jump - 22/24 cm to 30/32 cm (L/R)
  • Drop jump RSI - 2.5 to 3.0
  • Horizontal jump - 181/168 cm to 177/193 cm (L/R)
  • Lateral jump - 161/156 cm to 195/195 cm (L/R)
