The improvements you get in such a small time as long as you trust and stay consistent is great. I’m now on top of the stat boards which was never really a thing for me so really happy.

and throughout this time already I am starting to see the rewards not only off the pitch in the gym but on the pitch in my every day training schedule at the club. his knowledge is top class and he is always looking to improve which is a big reason why I worked with him. He was very specific with our work and after thorough examination came up with a great training programme on and off the pitch for me to get me in good shape for the new season and to help get rid of some minor injuries I’d been carrying from the last season. Highly recommend to anyone.
