Sports Performance Coach
I’m a KPI Sports Performance Coach with a biomechanics background, helping athletes build strength, speed, and power through evidence-based training that improves movement quality and reduces injury risk.

Bio
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science and an MSc in Sport and Exercise Biomechanics, both from the University of Chichester. Having grown up playing football before transitioning to rugby, I’ve developed a deep passion for sports performance, constantly striving to help athletes of all ages and abilities reach their full potential.
I’m currently a Sports Performance Coach at KPI. Previously, I was the Head of Sport Science at Wigan Athletic Women, and served as the Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach for Warrington Wolves Women. My experience also includes working with London Scottish RFC and British Rowing, giving me a broad foundation across elite and developmental environments.
Formerly a competitive powerlifter and now pursuing Olympic weightlifting, I bring both academic expertise and practical experience to my coaching. My approach goes beyond improving on-field performance, I focus on developing strength, speed, power, and movement efficiency to build more complete athletes. Drawing on my biomechanics background, I pay close attention to how athletes move, both kinematically and kinetically, to support optimal performance and reduce injury risk.
As a science and research-driven coach, I’m always seeking to apply evidence-based methods in a practical, engaging way.
