Overview

Seeking an enthusiastic, driven and passionate individual skilled as a physiotherapist or sports therapist and literate in data analysis for sports science and medicine. We are looking for a member of staff (or two) with a vision to grow and develop within what is an exciting, thriving and continuously evolving business across a long-term period.

Role type

Part-time. Flexible working, remote and on-site opportunities. Future full-time opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Injury diagnostics and referrals
  • Hands-on treatment and recovery sessions
  • Programming of medical / physio / therapist-specific training exercises
  • Scheduling and periodisation of necessary exercise programmes
  • Communication with clients and ongoing check-ins
  • Monitoring of athlete physical well-being
  • Assistance with the continued growth of the medical sector of KPI
  • Support with social media and marketing strategies
  • Opportunities to travel for work, both in and outside of the UK

Essentials list

  • BSc in sports physiotherapy, rehabilitation, sports therapy or associated degree
  • Previous employment in sport as a medical staff member
  • Skilled in various treatment-based techniques and gym-based training exercises
  • Strong work ethic, passionate, punctual, reliable, professional and enthusiastic
  • Excellent communication skills with all populations
  • Competent on social media and with content creation
  • CRB / DBS checked
  • First Aid certificate
  • Full UK driving licence or ability to travel to and from KPI’s premises

Desirables list

  • HCPC registered
  • Experience in professional football environments
  • Previous employment in gym environments
  • Rich professional network and social media following
