The Performance Club is for athletes who want to understand where they are, train with intent and see measurable improvement.

We profile your performance across strength, power, speed and endurance to establish a clear baseline.

Your training is then built around what actually needs to improve, before a final re-test shows exactly how your performance has changed.

Delivered by coaches working in elite sport and supported by state-of-the-art facilities, including access to the Metrics Bench for advanced isometric testing, this is a system built to give you clarity, precision and proof.

Includes:

  • KPI profiling across strength, power, speed and endurance (week 1)
  • Access to advanced testing methods, including Metrics Bench isometric profiling
  • 10 weeks structured, individualised training via the KPI app

Train in a high-performance environment

Train at KPI Warrington using the same facilities, systems and coaching approach trusted by elite athletes.

Each week, you will train alongside other athletes working to gain a competitive advantage, in an environment built around intent, progression and accountability.

Whether you’re a rugby player looking to improve your physical performance, a tennis player aiming to improve your ranking, a HYROX or CrossFit athlete trying to break through a plateau, or competing in track and field or racket sports, you will be training alongside others working towards similar goals.

Sessions are coach-led and supported by individualised programming through the KPI app, ensuring your training continues beyond the gym.
