A sample week on the camp

  • Day 1: Athlete profiling in the gym followed by a cardiovascular-focused football session
  • Day 2: Speed and agility prep, intensive + extensive pitch work, post-session neural/iso strength
  • Day 3: Full recovery day featuring a padel tournament, recovery protocols, and a team meal out
  • Day 4: Mobility and stability prep, followed by another cardiovascular-based pitch session
  • Day 5: Agility prep, intensive pitch-based session, post-pitch agility-strength
  • Day 6: Speed prep, extensive pitch-based session, post-pitch speed-strength
  • Day 7: Rest day with optional recovery work and guided protocols

Customised training schedules are available for individuals or clubs with different requirements. Rehabilitation and return-to-play support is also available for injured players seeking a change of environment or additional care.
