Goalkeepers are unique and we have a specialist interest in the Strength and Conditioning for Goalkeepers. We have worked with many goalkeepers at KPI including Liverpool FC & Ireland International Goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher and also online with the likes of David Synstelien (Non Stop Goalkeeper). We also have a rich history of working with goalkeepers at the highest level, such as Liverpool’s Alisson Becker, and more! We are delighted to launch our very own GK Union.
Whether your goals are improving your speed across goal, increasing jump height, ability to reach top corner saves or even improving your return to feet speed for those game deciding double and triple save moments, we will help you get there. We also focus on minimising injury risk and common goalkeeper related injuries such as patella tendinopathy, wrist and finger injuries, knee ligament injuries and quad/hip flexor injuries.
As a KPI GK Union athlete you will have the option to access general and bespoke programme options.
This programme is developed to cater for all goalkeepers and will be delivered on the KPI App. You will begin your programme by going through our Athlete Profiling System (APS) so we can collect baseline data. We will retest after 12-16 weeks and you will then start a fresh strength & power programme on the back of this testing.
